岗位职责：

1、主持集团财务控制部门日常工作，管理、指挥、监督集团各分子公司财务控制板块业务开展；

2、制定集团财务控制板块业务相关制度并推进实施落地；

3、设置与监控系统生产成本的核算方法和相关财务分析报告，建立正确科学的各项成本分摊与分配模式；

4、监控实际成本报告的正确性；

5、建立健全原材料成本实际与计划的分析方法

6、负责制定公司存货管理、制度与流程

7、协助公司边际利润的长期计划，预算及预测

8、协助财务与税务部门编制成本相关的关联交易报表

9、协助外部审计师和税务机关进行存货相关的审计

10、带领团队进行与成本相关的项目管理与业务流程的改进，建立与建全系统配置与业务流程

11、编制集团各经营及管理板块业务相关的成本报表，存货报表，利润报表与材料差异分析报告

12、组织实施公司预算管理，负责年度预算确立、过程控制、调整及分析。

任职资格：

1、本科以上学历，财务相关专业毕业；

2、10年以上财务管理岗位工作经验，3年以上财务团队管理经验。有大型国企、外资3、集团型民营企业财务部（或模块）负责人经历优先；

4、专长于财务控制领域业务。

5、中级会计师以上职称，注册会计师优先；

6、头脑灵活，处事严谨，良好的全局观和体系建设能力；

7、精力旺盛，具有较强的抗压能力。
