We are currently seeking the Sales Supervisor to join us, reporting to Sales Manager, the primary responsibility of this role includes (but it is not limited):
 
1.Purpose of the Job 工作目的
 
Lead the M1 team deliver the volume target of certain channel or area
向负责渠道促销产品,以协助有关渠道达到销售目标;根据实际需要管理一组业务代表。

POC execution 售点执行
 
Key dimensions: (headcount, volumes, market share, NNS and EBITDA) 关键衡量标准(总人数,产量,市场份额,净销售额,息税折旧摊销前利润)
 
Key contacts: (internal – external) 主要联系者(内部 – 外部)
M3, M1 销售经理和销售代表
2nd tier Wholesalers, POCs owners, Consumers   二批经销商、售点所有者、客户
 
3.Accountabilities 职责
 
(1).Deliver volume and MACO target  达成销量和MACO的目标.
 
(2).Clearly understand the sales area market potential and key competitors information 清楚得了解销售区域的市场潜力和主要竞争对手的信息.
 
(3).Implement M3’s strategy to achieve the target 执行销售经理下达的策略以达成目标.
 
(4).Sales Team Management  销售团队管理.
 
(5).Coach M1 on all sales skills 辅导销售代表的销售技巧.
 
(6).Set and cascade target for M1 设定销售代表的目标.
 
(7).Moniter M1’s daily work and make sure M1 execute sales process based on standards 监督销售代表的日常工作,确保销售代表能按照销售流程的标准执行.
 
(8).Work according to sales process book, negotiate with key POC owners for market activations and contracts. 依据销售流程指南进行工作,与主要售点业主协商市场活动和合同等.
 
(9).Others 其他
 
2nd tier Wholesaler management  二批经销商管理;
 
SEP implementation  销售卓越项目的执行;
 
Monitor M1 Thomas research  监督销售代表进行托马斯调研;
 
Implements sales and marketing programs per plan  按照计划执行销售和市场项目.

Qualifications

 
4. Qualifications and Technical competencies required资质和专业能力要求
 
Education 教育
College Degree or above专科或以上
 
Experience 经验
3-4 years beverage industry sales experience  3-4年饮料类相关销售工作经验。
Junior level in English writing and communication 初级英语书写与会话
Solid Office software skills掌握办公室电脑软件的使用
 
Technical competencies (Job related)  专业能力(与工作相关)
 
1. Good executive ability 良好的执行力
2. Good analysis ability, especially in Finance or sales area良好的分析能力, 特别是财务类或销售类的相关分析
3. Good team management skill,be able to lead a small team良好的团队管理能力,能带领一个小型团队
4. Good communication、negotiation and interpersonal skills良好的沟通,谈判及人际交往能力
5. Be able to provide coaching and training to team能较好地对团队进行辅导及培训.
