What are my responsibilities?

1. Lead a test engineering team to fulfill the internal and external requirement from different functions e.g. R&D by introducing test process with high quality and increase productivities.  
2. Developing a strategy and defining the competences for future of future development of the Test Engineering
3. Build /coach /mentor a high-level technique team to sustain SNC’s further success;
4. Enhance the technology level by projects and networking 
5. ISO9001 and ISO14001 audit supporting, keep relevant processes valid and compliant execution, continuous process optimization to secure best product quality and high productivities.
6. EHS, national law shall be followed ; the SLC and SNC EHS policy and regulation shall be followed

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. Bachelor degree or above with automation, electrical integration or electronics background.
2. Above 8 years working experience in development of test equipment for electrical production, at least 3 years as a leading role within production quality management, management of a test development or product design team.
3. Strong team management and coaching experience.
4. Strategic thinking
5. Good communication and cooperation skill.
6. Clear logic thinking with innovation mind.
7. Target oriented and self-motivated
8. Fluent oral English skill.
