Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Perform all-round Human Resources and office administration duties, including recruitment, Compensation and benefit management, procurement and office maintenance; etc.
  • Maintain personnel databases and filing records
  • Coordinate PRC subsidiaries’for HR matters
  • Perform general office administration duties and maintain daily operations 
  • Assist in ad-hoc jobs tasks and projects if assigned

Requirements:

  • High Diploma in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
  • 1-3 years’ relevant working experience or above
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications & Chinese word processing;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Candidate with more experience candidate will be considered as HR & Admin. Officer position
