The Job

• Clients: 1) Property Developers, 2) REITs
• Positions: Senior Leasing Manager / Leasing Manager
  
• Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of retail and/or commercial properties and responsible for leading a team for market analysis, establish pricing strategies, promotion planning, tenancy management, etc to boost lease revenue.
• Salary: $50K up

Requirements

• Tertiary educated
• Professional qualification is preferred but not a must
• Min. 10 years retail leasing experience preferably gained with sizable property developers, of which at least 4 years in managerial level
• Strong experience in retail / commercial market
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Leasing Manager
