The Job

• Clients: A Leading Main Contractor
• Position: Bid Manager (Hospital/Building Projects)
• Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the preparation of bids/tender process
• Work closely with Estimating/Pre-Contracts Manager in order to submit complete bids in accordance with client requirements
• Liaise with the Client on all matters regarding the bid to ensure the process goes smoothly
• Coordinate on the post bid submission processes and follow up on offers, post submission negotiations
• Review the documentations for the submission to ensure all information are clearly presented
• Salary: $50-70K, bonus, medical

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering related disciplines
• Minimum 8-10 years’ experience of bid management and bid co-ordination
• Proven success in winning bids/tenders for hospital/building projects
• Good command in English. Cantonese speaking is an added advantage
