2.1 main responsibilities

2.1.1 mainly develop foreign markets for Party A's standard power brand and Franke GMKP energy brand, including selling products, developing agents or developing partners. See the annex for the basic objectives of Party B in the first year. Its main working mode is:

2.1.2 assist to develop Chinese market for Party A's standard power brand and Franke GMKP energy brand. Including the development of agents or development partners, while managing and promoting brand partners. See the annex for the basic objectives of Party B in the first year.

2.1.3 the main responsibilities of Party B are as follows:

2.1.3.1 use the information provided by the company, such as the list of potential customers, customer inquiries, letter of intent for cooperation (mainly overseas), etc. to develop business agents and direct users and obtain sales transactions.

2.1.3.2 use the methods and suggestions provided by the company to discover possible business agents and direct users (mainly overseas), etc. through the network.

2.1.3.3 use the methods and suggestions provided by the company to contact foreign enterprises in China and find possible direct users.

2.1.3.4 assist the company's business development, mainly by participating in some important customer visits, visits, domestic and foreign product exhibitions and user symposiums.

2.1.3.5 use your own business experience to explore business.

2.1.3.6 manage the dealers or users developed by themselves to make them continuously expand the order.

2.1.3.7 according to the company's requirements, conduct on-site and real-time management on the brand partners, put forward opinions and supervise the implementation, so as to make efforts to ensure that the brand partners can meet our requirements and operate well.

2.1.3.8 appropriate international (e.g. Europe) companies and products can also be introduced to carry out cooperation, so as to expand Party A's product range and discover new development opportunities.

3.1 Party B's income consists of the following parts.

3.1.1 Party B's income = basic salary + sales commission + medium and long-term income (Party B can obtain shares in some projects of Party A, see the appendix)企业
