1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering.
    机械工程专业本科以上学历
2. 3-5years of working experience (in an international company) in mechanical design and technical calculation. 
   3-5年的外企机械设计和技术计算方面的工作经验
3. Fluent in English (verbal and written); Proficiency in German preferable.
   熟练的英语（口头表达和写作能力）;熟练德语者优先
4. Experience with linear technology (e.g. from machine tools, handling, factory automation).
   有丰富线性传动技术的工作经验（例如机床, 机械处理，自动化等）
5. Design skills for plastic parts, steel parts and metal sheets.
   具备塑料件,钢件和金属零件的设计能力
6. Experience from 3D CAD systems (preferable Pro/E).
   有 3D CAD 方面的工作经验（有Pro/E的经验zhe优先）
7. Self-motivated and independent working capability.
   工作中有主见和独立的工作能力
8. International experience preferred.
   有海外经验者优先
