Job Description

This is a multi-skilled role incorporating the running of the Front Office and Food and Beverage departments in line with the business demands.

You will ensure that guests' have a smooth stay at the hotel and manage the front office & food and beverage teams in order to provide high quality services for all guests.
As well as influencing the customer service culture, you will also be expected to meet its quantitative and qualitative targets. Increasing revenue through sales efforts and by managing rooms’ and food and beverage outlet revenue effectively.
You will be expected to convey the hotel's image and atmosphere through exemplary attitude, offering a warm and friendly welcome.
