Job Description
Define the strategy SEM/SEO/Ad strategy (in alignment with the current Marketing Plan) and manage implementation across paid channels, including creative testing
Collaborate and strategize with the Social Media Marketing Manager on areas to optimize to increase customer engagement
SEM: Direct experience with display advertising, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Yandex Ads or similar platforms; Campaign strategy, including CPA and CPC; Affiliate marketing; and Business intelligence reporting
SEO: Content strategy; SEO optimization (metas, structured data); Google Optimize and A/B testing; Blog analytics; and Conversion
Track full-cycle execution of user acquisition campaigns that support Lovense’s growth initiatives across all digital and social media channels
Use a data-driven methodology to improve effectiveness across all digital channels, manage reporting of marketing program analytics, and execute optimizations to maximize effectiveness
Analyze website and blog-page level performance and recommend actions to optimize effectiveness and enhance customer experience
Develop innovative ideas for user engagement while promoting our products/technology
Manage activation of content across multiple channels, ensuring proper tracking is implemented
Provide competitive research and analysis support

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing, Business or related field (specialization in digital marketing preferred)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital (SEO/SEM/advertising), social media, and paid performance marketing, client or agency side
Highly numerate with solid analytical skills and proven ability to dissect and convert large amounts of data into actionable initiatives
Ability to measure impact of digital marketing tactics and paid performance campaigns, and increase KPIs for campaign success
Experience manipulating and exporting data from Google Analytics, CRM/email service providers, and other social listening platforms
Understanding of digital customer journey mapping and ability to integrate traditional and digital channels
A self-starter with superior project management skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to work both independently, and as part of a team, with diplomacy, tact and integrity
Native English with strong communication skills,Mandarin language capability preferred but not required
Based in Guangzhou, China. Open to international applicants. Work visa sponsorship provided.

The successful candidate will work in conjunction with the Social Media Marketing Manager (who is focused on content creation for our various social platforms). Reporting directly into the Chief Marketing Officer, the Digital Marketing Manager will drive Lovense’s global digital marketing strategy and SEM/SEO/data analytics, as well as related direct-to-consumer initiatives and their impact on corporate and marketing strategy. You will demonstrate thorough practical knowledge of SEM/SEO/PPC analytics which will influence the way we interact and engage with our external customers, partners, and audiences. You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and become a driver for data and analytical tools to enable Guangzhou Danxiao to become more customer-centric in pursuit of our growth strategy.
