Job Description
Digitalization Sales Specialist with mission to develop and grow Edge/AI business in domestic market.


-Planning Go-To-Market activities and business development strategy for new markets and applications with Industrial Edge and Artificial Intelligence (AI) around Siemens TIA portfolio.
- Define focus/target customers together with Sales to achieve budget.
- Identify market opportunities for OT/IT integration solutions in order to win new business for DI FA Support
- Approach potential key customers with sales in a variety of industry segments, gain recognition / awareness from customers on Siemens Edge/AI, consult technically edge solution for customers. 
-Identify the concrete requirement and define the customer specification. -Coordinate necessary internal and external resources to deliver solutions.

■Competencies
Skills
- Language skill, Fluent Japanese and satisfactory English for communication with HQ in Germany
- Sales or Industrial Product Marketing experience skill.
- Strategic Thiking, Communication skills, Consulting sales skills are required- High Level programming language (C++, PYTHON)

Knowledge
-Good knowledge in Manufactururing and Automation
-Knowledge in Automation products (i.e., PLC, HMI, SCADA, etc) and project experience is a big plus
-Good knowledge of IT solutions (Cloud connection, Industrial Security, Docker, Apps, )
-Basic/Good knowledge of Artificial Intelligence possibilities

Experience
- 5+ Working experience in different industrial branches. 
-Factory IT system and industrial IoT is a plus
-Demonstrates and applies comprehensive knowledge in the field of specialization to the successful completion of complex assignments.
-Demonstrates advanced knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures of particular area of specialization.

Personality
- Very good and open communication skills across hierarchies
- Ownership.
- Self development.
