Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- French owned accounting firm servicing customers (mainly French companies) in HK, China and Asian region
- We are looking for ACCOUNTANT – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Perform bookkeeping (full set of accounts) for clients based in Hong Kong and China mainland
- Preparation of monthly reports for the internal purpose of the client
- Preparation of payrolls, social and tax declarations
- Preparation of year-end financial statements
- Coordination for annual audit
- Tertiary education in Accounting / Finance related
- 2-5 years accounting experience inclusive of experience in CPA Firms
- Be able to handle a full set of bookkeeping independently (daily accounting functions, accounting entries, AP, AR, GL, vouchers etc.)
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese (both written and verbal)
- Be mature and independent,
- Travel to Shenzhen / Dongguan once per month (can same day return Hong Kong)
- Experience in working for foreign clients or/and studied overseas is a plus
- 5 days work (Mon to Fri 9am-6pm)
- Annual leave : 12 days

- Very few overtime work is required
- Office location : Sheung Wan
- Candidates with more solid experience will be considered as Senior Accountant
