Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- Boutique size property owner, property management and investment company
- We are looking for ACCOUNTING OFFICER with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Report to the Accounting Manager
- Work in Accounting team of 2 members
- Handle the full set accounts for the Company and its subsidiaries
- Perform daily accounting function, such as issuing cheque, invoices, and data entry
- Provide daily administrative support to the Managing Director;
- Handle Boss personal investment portfolio using Excel;
- Other administrative support for the company and ad-hoc assignments
- Tertiary education in Accounting or Finance related
- Experience in handling full set of account books
- Accounting experience in real estate is highly prefer
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Excel and Chinese Word Processing is a must;
- 5 days work
- Very few OT work is required
- 13 months salary
- Annual leave : 10 days
- Office location : Mongkok
- More solid experience will be considered as Accountant / Senior Accountant
