Job Description
THE COMPANY :
  • Japanese company
  • Manufacturing : soldering including solder wire, solder bar and solder paste
  • Factories : Japan, Huizhou, Shanghai, Tianjin & Beijing
  • Main market : HK, China, Japan and Asia Pacific
  • Applications : electrical and electronic devices, semiconductors, and automobile.
  • Key customers : Japanese companies & brands
  • We are looking for ACCOUNTS CLERK – with details as follows :
 
THE JOB :
  • Work in Accounting Team of 3 members
  • Report to the Accounting Manager
  • Perform full set of book-keeping under the guidance of the Accounting Manager
  • Perform daily accounts operation and transactions
  • Communication and Email correspondence with customers
  • Prepare month-end accounting report, & routine report
  • Perform daily general accounting duties including input invoices, filing and data entry
  • Handle accounts receivable, accounts payable
  • Form 5 or above
  • Accounting studies
  • LCCI intermediate level or above
  • Proficient in MS office including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • 2-3 years accounting experience in any businesses
  • Experience in trading or manufacturing companies is a plus
  • No trips is required
  • 5 days work
  • 13 months salary + performance bonus
  • Medical benefits
  • Door-to-Door transportation allowance
  • Office location : Fotan (7 minutes walk from MTR)
