Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Deal with daily administrative works and provide general sale supports
  • Manage filing system and prepare relevant property statistics and reports
  • Oversee the property purchase progress including operation / settlement
  • Assisting customer to complete each purchase procedure with providing after sale services
  • Ensure that all customers are well served in a timely, courteous and professional manner
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks when assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above
  • No working experience will be also considered
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin with good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Proactive, outgoing, cheerful, responsible and customer service-oriented with team spirit
  • Handle multi task independently.  Detail oriented and well organized
  • Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing
  • Immediate available is highly preferable
