Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Deal with daily administrative works and provide general sale supports
- Manage filing system and prepare relevant property statistics and reports
- Oversee the property purchase progress including operation / settlement
- Assisting customer to complete each purchase procedure with providing after sale services
- Ensure that all customers are well served in a timely, courteous and professional manner
- Assist with ad hoc tasks when assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above
- No working experience will be also considered
- Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin with good communication and interpersonal skill
- Proactive, outgoing, cheerful, responsible and customer service-oriented with team spirit
- Handle multi task independently. Detail oriented and well organized
- Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing
- Immediate available is highly preferable
