Responsibilities

• Compile data and conduct research supporting economic projects;

• Prepare materials and graphics in support of economic projects

• Assist project manager(s) on a variety of size projects including deadlines meeting, client support provision, staff coordination and management, and final product delivery;

• Provide additional support to ensure smooth execution of projects; and

• Enforce ethics and compliance policy including Third Party payment, Sub-consultancy engagement process and Gift and Entertainment policy.

Minimum Requirements

• Currently pursuing Bachelor or Master degree in Urban Planning, Economics, Public Policy or Master in Business Administration with emphasis in Real Estate, or other related disciplines;

• Strong command of MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Word;

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin; and

• Able to work at least 3 days per week.
