Responsibilities

• Undertake specific design tasks in the architectural project team under the guidance of the project manager or project architect;

• Responsible for personal design quality and design progress;

• Coordinate within the team to complete scheme bidding, scheme setup design, preliminary design and construction drawing design;

• Coordinate with specialty designers from other business lines to complete the assigned design task;

• Assist on compiling client presentation documents at different stages of the business development process; and

• Enforce ethics and compliance policy including Third Party payment, Sub-consultancy engagement process and Gift and Entertainment policy.

Minimum Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in Architecture or related fields;

• Proficient in architectural design knowledge;

• Good communication skills and problem solving ability;

• High sense of responsibility and spirit of team work;

• Proficient in related design software, such as AutoCAD, Tianzheng、Photoshop, Sketch Up , Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, Lumion, Adobe;

• Strong command of MS Office Suite; and

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
