Responsibilities

• Participate in preparation and review of HVAC related reports, drawings and documentation;

• Perform project management and consultation;

• Participate in planning project schedule;

• Coordinate with municipal infrastructure works, liaise with local authorities for project registration and consultation; and

• Enforce ethics and compliance policy including Third Party payment, Sub-consultancy engagement process and Gift and Entertainment policy.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related fields;

• Solid knowledge of the subject areas, prior experience with project design is an advantage;

• Familiar with CAD and Microsoft Office;

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese; and

• Responsible, detail-minded with ability to work well in team.
