Responsibilities

• Provide landscape advice on planning, design and implementation of landscape work in residential, commercial and public space projects;

• Participate in the design process of Landscape/Streetscape elements such as street furniture and its production;

• Develop design plans in response to technical problems posed by a project’s scope;

• Propose innovative solutions to problems that effectively address the social, legal, and economic implications of the physical form;

• Provide project or task management to develop landscape design and planning concepts and translate them into clear and compelling graphic images;

• Assist on preparing landscape designs and carrying out landscape related studies and research; and

• Enforce ethics and compliance policy including Third Party payment, Sub-consultancy engagement process and Gift and Entertainment policy.

Minimum Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in Product Design, Architecture, Interior design or related disciplines;

• Promising portfolio of built work which demonstrates technical capabilities;

• Flair for design and strong graphic and illustrative capability combined with strong conceptual ability;

• Proficient in AutoCAD Rhino or Cinema4D and Adobe Creative Suite software packages;

• Strong command of MS Office Suite;

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin;

• Relevant internships in building design/architecture/landscape design on medium to large-sized international projects will be highly desirable; and

• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork is essential.
