Responsibilities

• Participate in the safety compliance check before the start of construction, including the contractor safety plan review;

• Participate in daily on-site safety inspections and find problems in time to monitor and correct them;

• Participate in the safety training of operators and visitors, qualification check on special operators and entrance check of construction machinery;

• Participate in the review of high-risk special construction plans;

• Participate in weekly safety meetings including general contract, supervision, Management Company and owner side, as well as other safety meetings, safety inspections, safety training, etc.

• Participate in the organization of on-site emergency response drills;

• Help to organize on-site safety accident investigation, cause analysis and follow-up rectification plan formulation and completion;

• Safety files management. The files should be complete, clear and in order;

• Enforce ethics and compliance policy including Third Party payment, Sub-consultancy engagement process and Gift and Entertainment policy.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor of Safety Engineering

• Solid professional skills, strong workability, good learning and adaptability

• Responsible, with strong coordination and management skills

• Good communication skills

• Flexible on working locations
