Job Summary

• Support the Urban Designers’ works;

• Responsible for preparing presentation graphics and formatting final presentation posters & documents;

• Responsible for translating design sketches into AutoCAD or Illustrator drawings; and

• Enforce ethics and compliance policy including Third Party payment, Sub-consultancy engagement process and Gift and Entertainment policy.

Minimum Requirements

• Major in Urban Design, Architecture or Planning program;

• Proficient in Adobe Design CS, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch Up or Rhino;

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills;

• Able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team;

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin; and

• Able to work at least 3 days per week.
