Responsibilities

• Undertake specific design tasks in the architectural project team under the guidance of the project manager or project architect

• Responsible for personal design quality and design progress

• Coordinate within the team to complete scheme bidding, scheme setup design, preliminary design and construction drawing design

• Coordinate with specialty designers from other business lines to complete the assigned design task

• Assist on compiling client presentation documents at different stages of the business development process

• Enforce ethics and compliance policy including Third Party payment, Sub-consultancy engagement process and Gift and Entertainment policy

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in Architecture or related fields

• Proficient in architectural design knowledge

• Good communication skills and problem solving ability

• High sense of responsibility and spirit of team work

• Proficient in related design software, such as AutoCAD, Tianzheng、Photoshop, Sketch Up , Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, Lumion, Adobe

• Strong command of MS Office Suite; and excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin
