Responsibilities
Undertake specific design tasks in the architectural project team under the guidance of the project manager or project architect
Responsible for personal design quality and design progress
Coordinate within the team to complete scheme bidding, scheme setup design, preliminary design and construction drawing design
Coordinate with specialty designers from other business lines to complete the assigned design task
Assist on compiling client presentation documents at different stages of the business development process
Enforce ethics and compliance policy including Third Party payment, Sub-consultancy engagement process and Gift and Entertainment policy
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor degree or above in Architecture or related fields
Proficient in architectural design knowledge
Good communication skills and problem solving ability
High sense of responsibility and spirit of team work
Proficient in related design software, such as AutoCAD, Tianzheng、Photoshop, Sketch Up , Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, Lumion, Adobe
Strong command of MS Office Suite; and excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin
