Responsibilities

• Manages the Submittal process

• Manages the Request for Interpretation (RFI) process

• Works closely with the project planner to ensure all Submittals are submitted in accordance with the project schedule

• Works closely with the Project Engineer and to ensure Submittals and RFIs are reviewed and responded on a timely basis

• Manages the in-field engineering activities of the Project

• Responsible for collecting and processing technical information between the contractors and the Project team

• Participates in all design issues to ensure the best working practices and constructability processes are used

• Enforce ethics and compliance policy including Third Party payment, Sub-consultancy engagement process and Gift and Entertainment policy

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above in HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical or related area is required

• Fluent English/Mandarin Language skills are must

• Solid professional skills, strong workability, good learning and adaptability

• Responsible, with strong coordination and management skills

• Flexible on working locations
