Corporate function provides a wide range of services to the organization such as finance, internal audit, communications, security and human resources. Treasury sits within the Finance area. The Dublin and London Treasury Centre consist of various multi-regional functions including EMEA and Americas Treasury, Cash Management, Global Bank Administration, FX and Liquidity Risk Management, Capital Planning, Strategy & Innovation and several other areas including Global Risk & Compliance.

About the role

What you need to know:

  • Location: Dublin, Ireland & London, UK (remote)

  • Start date: August 2021

  • We are seeking Graduates to join our Finance Rotational Analyst Program which is an accelerated development program consisting of four different rotations over two years (including 1 international rotation)

  • Designed with that commitment at its core, our Early Career program provides a platform for participants to launch or accelerate their careers. Through a range of approaches including innovative experiential learning and technical training, performance assessments, formalized mentoring, and exposure to senior leaders, our Early Career program offers unparalleled development opportunities for our diverse early career talent

  • Finance Rotational Analyst Program is a leading rotational program that recruits high potential individuals from top universities. Throughout the program participants will develop a breadth and depth of finance & treasury skills and capabilities required to excel in the workforce

  • Over 24 months participants will complete four rotations in different Finance & Treasury teams, each six months long, to gain the knowledge, experience, and skills needed to potentially graduate into one of these roles on a full-time basis

What we’re looking for:

  • Currently pursuing a level 8 or level 9 degree

  • All applicants must be between 0-12 months of Graduation date to be eligible

  • You have achieved (or are on target for) 2.1 degree classification

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
