This exciting role offers opportunity to:

• Supervisor role: Work with direct boss for automation strategy; Schedule and budget for the detailed automation projects (including DG plant and PHP plant), review/ authorize team design and drawings to minimize project risks, and propose/track engineers KPI measures and improvement actions.
• Provide efficient and stable manual or automatic equipment to the factory bank
• Keep track on the global automation latest development, try to bring new manufacturing technology to the factory.
• Keep track/managing on automation projects from scope definition till physical machine delivery. 
• Join automation strategic review with supervisors and other management team
• Full understand the programming of Siemens, Mitsubish, Panasonic PLC, can finish the programming for the whole machine
• from equipment/ intelligence control point of view, support optimization manufacturing processes, labor saving, efficiency improvement etc.
• Minimize automation investment with best fit to Eaton internal customers

Qualifications

Requirement:

• Bachelor above in Electrical Engineering / Automation/Mechanical design and manufacturing and automation
• At least 5 years experience in equipment automation design and production
• 3 years above in managing role is more preferred
• knowledge of the automation equipment design process
• Familiar with the principle of automatic control, and skilled programming and debugging of various PLCs 
• Grasp knowledge of vision system, IOT, robot.
• Knowledge of the inductor/transformer related industries
• Good communication skills and teamwork skills
• Fluent spoken English
