岗位说明Job Description
1. 按照学校开设课程的标准与指导性文件教授英语或以英语为媒介的相关学科
Implement  subject teaching under the guidelines of school based curriculum standard
2. 运用专业的教学手段和方法实施教学和开展学生活动，促进学生学科和全人发展
Carry out teaching activities with professional teaching methodology to support the overall development of students
3. 参与教学团队集体教研活动
Participate in teaching research activities and collaborative lesson planning with team members.
4. 适当参与家校沟通
Communicate with parents when necessary
 
任职要求Qualification Requirements
a)本科学士以上学位
 Bachelor degree or above
b)母语为英语国家(英国、新西兰、爱尔兰、加拿大、澳大利亚、美国)
Native English speakers（UK, NZ, Ireland, Canada, Australia or USA）
c)与所教授科目相关专业学科背景：理科专业（数理化生、信息技术等）、文科专业（英语文学、ESL）、经济学、艺术、体育等
Related background in subjects including but not limited to math, physics, chemistry, biology, IT, English literature/ESL, social studies, economics, arts (music/drama), PE, etc.  
d)有本国教师资格证或者国际教师资格证
Hold relevant teaching certificate
e)年龄不超过58岁
Below 58 year old
f) 2年以上相关教学经验
2 years or more relevant teaching experience
g) 达到申请来华工作签证的其他要求
Meet other requirements for Z visa application
h) 热爱教学并愿意尝试并接受不同文化
Passion for teaching, open-minded and be willing to experience different cultures
 
Benefits 薪资福利
1. 工资税前230,000-300,000元/年, 工资根据外教教育背景和工作经验而不同
The annual salary: RMB 230,000-300,000 before tax
Salary scale may vary based on category of teaching position, educational degree and years of teaching

Flight allowance ranging from 1000 to 2000 USD.

Holiday bonus and teaching bonus. Teaching bonus ranges from RMB 2000-7000 based on teaching evaluation results at the end of school year.
