- AWARD winning and internationally renowned interior design company
- Main projects : luxurious residential & hospitality in HK, China and Asian countries
- Headquarters : Hong Kong
- China offices : Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou and Shenzhen
- We are looking for ASSOCIATE INTERIOR DESIGN DIRECTOR (hospitality) – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Degree/diploma holder in Architectural or Interior Design
- 8 years of experience in relevant field
- Strong design ability and experience in hospitality design for international five star hotel is a MUST
- Lead a small group of designers working alongside with design team leader
- Manage multiple projects in entirety including assemble FF&E and finish boards
- A good team player with strong management, communication and problem solving skills
- A proficient level of experiences in graphic design concepts including hand sketch case work, vignette scenes, hand coloring, rendering interior drawings, area take offs and shop drawings
- Ability to produce conceptual designs through freehand sketching or computer graphic
- Exposure to translating design concepts into building assemblies
- Excellent customer service skills and be comfortable interfacing with clients, consultants and vendorsr
- Experience in writing and review FF&E specification
- Proficiency in written English and/or Chinese, fluent spoken in Mandarin and/or English is in advantage
- International travel is required
- 5 days work
