Job Description
THE COMPANY :
  • French company
  • Manufacturing & providing of high end building materials
  • Focus : integrated system solutions for high quality, flexible, interior layouts, through a combination of re-locatable glazed steel partitions, acoustic ceilings and others.
  • We have our own production facilities in Europe and Asia and offer a design, manufacturing and full after sales support service to our clients.
  • Key customers are : architects, interior designers and contractors
  • We are looking for ASST ACCOUNTANT – with details as follows :
 
THE JOB :
  • Perform full set of accounts including accounts payables, accounts receivables, general ledgers, month-end closing functions and handle related daily operations
  • Prepare vouchers, cheques and handle petty cash;
  • To handle all accounting matters including data input, voucher preparation and payment processing
  • Assist in month end closing (including the preparation of balance sheet schedule, inter-co current accounts reconciliation)
  • Responsible for bank reconciliations
  • Assist in annual audit related tasks
  • Report to the Finance Manager
  • Degree in Accounting or related disciplines
  • Minimum 4 years relevant working experience in accounting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in English and Chinese
  • 13 months salary + performance bonus
  • Annual leave : 14 days
