Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- HK listed property developer focus in residential properties in Hong Kong
- We are looking for ASST ACCOUNTANT – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Prepare monthly and/or ad hoc reports and analysis for treasury function;
- Assist the superior to handle the onshore/ offshore banking relationship;
- Assist in payment settlement/ provide clerical support;
- Coordinate with the finance team of PRC subsidiaries; and
- Perform ad hoc duties/ transactions support as and when required
- Diploma in Accountancy / Law/ LCCI higher level or above;
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience;
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- An independent individual who is resourceful and takes initiative;
- Proficient in computer skills including MS Office, spreadsheet and etc;
- Travelling to China is required; and
- Proficient in Chinese (including Mandarin) and English.
- 13 months salary
- Annual leave : 12 days
