THE COMPANY :
- Manufacturing and trading company
- Main items : fashion gloves, fashion garment and fashion accessories
- Main market : US, Europe, Japan & Asia
- We are looking for ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Work in Accounting Team of 3 members
- Report to the Senior Accountant
- Responsible for handling full set account, handling general accounting duties, data entry, invoice checking, supplier statement reconciliation, consolidation, month end and year end accounting report, financial reports, etc.
- Carry out routine account duties include invoice and payment process
- Responsible for data input, AR and AP related transactions
- Liaise with auditors to facilitate external audits
- At least 5 years' experience in Manufacturing & Trading companies
- Higher Diploma or above in Accounting related discipline
- Well experience in MS Word/Excel and Chinese Word processing; well versed in using accounting software(MYOB), Peachtree / ERP systems and MS office;
- Experience in liaising with auditor, mainland supplier and overseas customers is preferable
- No trips is required
- 13 months + performance bonus
