Job Description
- Japanese multinational high technology manufacturing company with 200 staff in Hong Kong office
- We are looking for ASST HR & ADMIN MANAGER – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Report to HR & Admin Director
- Perform HR & admin duties for HK office
- Lead a small HR team on full HR duties
- Lead Admin team including receptionist, admin assistants & drivers
- Monitor and supervise general administrative activities.
- All round human resources services including manpower planning, recruitment , employee relations, payroll process, staff performance management etc
- Review, formulate and implement HR policies & procedures
- Participate in HR projects
- Tertiary education in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years human resources & office admin experience in sizable companies
- Exposure in MNC environment preferred
- Experience in Japanese companies is a plus
- 5 days work
- Annual leave : 14 days

- 13 months + performance bonus
- Office location : TST East
