Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- HK listed company
- Fast food restaurant chain store
- Operating over 60 fast food restaurants in HK, Macau and China
- We operate central kitchens to provide consistent food to every restaurant. In the central kitchens, chefs are formed in assembly lines to prepare for different dishes, and a Quality Assurance manager to supervise quality control.
- We are looking for ASST QA OFFICER to work in Central Kitchen - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Work in Central Kitchen
- Prepare documents, reports of data and analysis
- Arrange monthly food microbiological tests and equipment calibration
- Product quality check in accordance with specified sampling plan and ISO 22000 guidelines
- To implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions to quality problem
- Assist to product development
- Pest control arrangement
- Follow up & inspection of raw material
- Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned
- Report to the QA Manager
- Tertiary education in Food technology, Food & Nutrition or related disciplines
- 1-3 years experience in food manufacturing / food industry / F&B chain or equivalent
- Knowledge on GMP, ISO 22000 and HACCP is a must
- 5-days work (Mon to Sun 9am-6pm according to roster)
- Office location : Kwai Hing
