THE COMPANY :

- Manufacturer of metal and plastic semi-finished products like computer case, server case, machinery case, paper feeders of copiers, kiosk product etc
- The Group has successfully integrated into Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) business with fast growth to manufacture magnetic tape drive, "Point-Of-Sale" (POS) system, office automation products and other computer peripherals
- Headquarters : Hong Kong
- Dongguan factory : 3000 workers
- We are looking for ASST QUALITY MANAGER – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Monitor the whole process of new products introduction and manufacturing, for example: the process of metal stamping and plastic molding.
- Check the quality issue through the production report and non-scheduled inspection
- Communicate with different parties (like internal department, suppliers and customers) when there is production problem.
- Handle customers' compliant in a proper way which includes establishing improve way for the internal standard and reply the customer's compliant report appropriately.
- Identity the problem during the new products introduction and manufacturing process and take the corrective action.
- Responsible for the project quality issue of clients
- Higher Diploma Holder or above in Science and Technology or Mechanical Engineering
- At least 5 years experience related to quality control and Mechanical Engineering
- Good knowledge of quality tools and systems, six sigma and FMCA are preferred
- Professional qualification in Mechanical or Electromechanical or Mechanical Design
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Work based in Dongguan factory (5 days 3 nights)
- 5 days work
- Annual leave : 14 days

- Company shuttle bus provided daily between LoWu and Dongguan factory
- Less experience will be considered as Senior Quality Engineer (2 posts)
