International School Academic Principal Start 2020 September in Shenzhen
Location: Shenzhen Longhua
1)Responsible for the school’s overall teaching quality and academic criteria fulfillment.
2)Carry out a string of teaching coordination and academic management work in line with the academic handbook. 
3)Conduct induction training, teaching workshop and new teacher training in conjunction with the academic department. 
4)Assign teaching duties, distribute syllabi and teaching materials to corresponding teachers, draft teaching schedule, and finalize academic calendar. 
5)Organize key exams, conduct overall exam result analysis
Conduct annual assessment on individual teachers and take part in the internal academic audit on a semester basis. 
6)Get involved in teaching recruitment process, and help with the new academic year teaching resource planning. 
7)Get involved in marketing promotion, school open day activities, student interview, parents’ meeting, and student discipline. 
8)Assume certain teaching duty (English or related courses), with no more than 15 teaching classes per week. 

Benefit: 22k-30k/month + Housing allowance/ apartment + Bonus + Summer/Winter Pay
Requirnments:
Master degree or above
From U.S, UK, Canada
Experience 2 years + of Principal or vise principal or international school
Age 30-50 years old
