Accountant/ Accounting Officer (Retail Business)

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management accounts
• Assist in tax computation and reporting package for external auditors
• Work closely with external auditors, banks, IRD and other professional parties
• Prepare monthly salary and commission for retails business.
• Assist in monitoring inventory records and preparing analysis for management
• Knowledge in retail front line and POS system operations
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements

• Degree holder, preferably with professional qualification
• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail business is preferred
• Familiar with MS Office, Excel and accounting system
• Sound business knowledge, accounting and analytical skills
• Independent, self-motivated and capable of working under pressure
• Well organized, fast learner as well as a good team player
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin
