Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Perform daily accounting operations include AP, AR, prepare invoices, cheques, bank reconciliation and data entry, etc.
• Prepare timely and accurate reports with relevant schedules
• Answer customers’ enquiries about billing and invoices in a professional and polite manner
• Ensure proper document filing and provide support to the department
• Assist in administrative works and ad hoc tasks as required

Requirement:
• Diploma in Accounting or above with LCCI intermediate level
• Minimum of 3 years working experience
• IT industry background is a plus
• Mature, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
• Independent, stable and well-organized
