Accounting Assistant/ Accounting Officer

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting duties including A/P, A/R, general ledger, accounts reconciliations;
  • Assist in month end closing;
  • Performing fee payment and operating expenses payment frequently;
  • Assist FRR reporting;
  • Prepare routine/ ad-hoc reports;
  • Support Settlement Department.

Requirements:

  • Major in Accountancy / Finance / Business Administration or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 1-2 years accounting experience in securities firms;
  • With audit experience is preferred;
  • PC literacy with knowledge in computerized accounting system;
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin;
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills;
  • Self-motivated, detail oriented, strong sense of responsibility and multi-tasked;
  • Immediately available preferred.
