Accounting Assistant/ Accounting Officer

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting duties including A/P, A/R, general ledger, accounts reconciliations;
- Assist in month end closing;
- Performing fee payment and operating expenses payment frequently;
- Assist FRR reporting;
- Prepare routine/ ad-hoc reports;
- Support Settlement Department.
Requirements:
- Major in Accountancy / Finance / Business Administration or related disciplines;
- Minimum 1-2 years accounting experience in securities firms;
- With audit experience is preferred;
- PC literacy with knowledge in computerized accounting system;
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin;
- Good interpersonal and communications skills;
- Self-motivated, detail oriented, strong sense of responsibility and multi-tasked;
- Immediately available preferred.
