Job Description

Job Description:

  • Handle general accounting entries, filing, daily operation and data input
  • Handle daily operations in both AR and AP
  • Maintain clear accounting records
  • Handling day end reconcilement and bank reconciliation
  • Assist in the preparation of month-end accounting reports
  • Provide general supporting administrative works for the company
  • To perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Certificate or above in related discipline 
  • LCCI Level 2 qualification or above 
  • At least 2 years accounting experience;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly in excel 
  • Self-motivated, well organized, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be able to work independently and accurately 
  • Good spoken & written English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is preferred
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Accounting Officer
