Job Description:
- Handle general accounting entries, filing, daily operation and data input
- Handle daily operations in both AR and AP
- Maintain clear accounting records
- Handling day end reconcilement and bank reconciliation
- Assist in the preparation of month-end accounting reports
- Provide general supporting administrative works for the company
- To perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Certificate or above in related discipline
- LCCI Level 2 qualification or above
- At least 2 years accounting experience;
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly in excel
- Self-motivated, well organized, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Be able to work independently and accurately
- Good spoken & written English and Chinese
- Immediate available is preferred
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Accounting Officer
