• Take lead for planning, coordinating, and monitoring all accounting functions. Develop and maintain an accounting system that assures the financial records are complete, accurate, and in compliance with Eaton policy, US GAAP, local GAAP and tax legislation
• Conduct effective internal control structure and ensure compliance with SOX requirements
• Lead forecast, annual planning and monthly management reporting to division
• Full responsibility of monthly management reports including the requirements from Business Unit, Division or Corporate
• Manage month-end reporting related to costs including working with various department heads to ensure the costs are properly recorded in ledger and drive the cost out opportunity
• Support local leadership team to meet business growth, and establish for role and staff, strong working relationships with all levels of management to ensure constant flow of financial information
• Support Finance controller to drive business goals such as cost reduction initiatives, working capital management, and return on capital employed to ensure that they are adequately measured, managed and achieved
• Improve finance operation process and work efficiency. Coach team members and improve overall finance team competence
• A team leader for internal and external audit
  

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Finance or Accounting
• 7+ years working experience at Multinational Company in full set of accounting/ finance budget/forecast
• Strong knowledge on Taiwan tax /US GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley and statutory requirements
• Strong hands on experience in SAP ERP
• Business, commercial, operation, manufacturing and financial acumen
