Job Description ：

1. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of monthly closing and prepare reporting package for the relevant entity;
2. Meet and communicate with relevant entity regularly to fully understand the needs and requirements of them;
3. Work with management to Implement and maintain best practice internal control processes;
4. Manage a team of accountants on effective utilization, recovery and to ensure team quality;
5. Assist and to support Finance Manager on business development activities;
6. Coach and responsible for the work performed by the accountant under the assigned entity portfolio;

7. Participate Audits from both Internal and External Auditors then to follow up any issues identified;

8. Current working scope is to manage AP related.
9. Other ad hoc assignments.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related discipline At least 5 years accounting related experience in MNC, 3+ for AP, 2+ for GL. Experience in management is preferable. Passionate about process improvement, analysis, and learning new skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills, Good team work spirit Good oral English communication skills Familiar Oracle, SAP.

8. Work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
