Responsibilities:

• Developing financial systems and procedures aligned with company business strategy.
• Advising and assisting with the preparation of company business plans, specifically in regard to forecasts, budgets, financial management, cost control and business risk.
• Control and evaluate the fundraising plans and capital structure
• Managing finance and accounting activities through the preparation of accurate financial forecasts and appropriate planning.
• Preparing valid and accurate accounting and financial reports.
• Maintaining company cash flow, monitoring taxation transactions and budgeting.
• Overseeing accounting and finance processes to ensure their accuracy and completeness as well as complying with accounting principles and company policy.
• Monitoring company P&L, securing financing and preparing strategic business plans to ensure the smooth continuity of operations and business growth.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Finance/ Accounting, Economics or related discipline
• Member of the HKICPA or equivalent
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in sizable corporations, with at least 5 years of solid management experience gained from PRC
• Experience in ERP and system implementation is an added advantage
• Good knowledge of mainland China operations, tax and relevant statutory rules and regulations
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
