Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full sets of accounts
  • Responsible for daily accounting functions including AP/AR
  • Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports and schedules
  • Prepare forecast and budget
  • Prepare tax computation and company secretary related documents
  • Liaise with external auditors for the annual audit
  • Handle payroll and HR function
  • Handle administrative related function

Requirements:

  • Diploma in accounting or equivalent
  • 5 years of related working experience
  • Work independently and able to meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient in MYOB, Excel and MS office
  • Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
