Job Description

Job Description

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, fax and courier services etc.
  • Provide administrative support including document filings, correspondences dispatching, handle re-direction of mails, typist duties;
  • Update and handle petty cash ledger control;
  • Handle office and pantry supplies such as order of stationeries and water etc.
  • Deliver documents to bankers, Companies Registry and Inland Revenue Department on ad-hoc basis
  • Organize files in office and warehouse
  • Office IT support


  • Diploma or above in Business Administration or relative disclipine
  • Formal secretarial training an advantage
  • Minimum 1 year's working experience
  • Strong sense of responsibility, detail minded, initiative, hardworking and organized
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Word Processing
  • Immediate available is preferred
