- Handle incoming calls, emails, fax and courier services etc.
- Provide administrative support including document filings, correspondences dispatching, handle re-direction of mails, typist duties;
- Update and handle petty cash ledger control;
- Handle office and pantry supplies such as order of stationeries and water etc.
- Deliver documents to bankers, Companies Registry and Inland Revenue Department on ad-hoc basis
- Organize files in office and warehouse
- Office IT support
- Diploma or above in Business Administration or relative disclipine
- Formal secretarial training an advantage
- Minimum 1 year's working experience
- Strong sense of responsibility, detail minded, initiative, hardworking and organized
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Word Processing
- Immediate available is preferred
