Job Description

工作职责:

? Responsible for reception and telephone access switch;

? Copying documents, send and receive letters, newspapers, documents, etc.;

? To update and manage employee mailing address and phone number and other contact information;

? The admissibility of the conference room reservation, coordination meetings, arrange meeting room;

? To formulate water, subscribe, letters, parcels arrangements and contact with the courier company;

? Complete superior to other transactional work.

? Office safety and office admin operation

任职资格:

? College education, secretarial, administrative and related professional priority;

? More than 160cm tall, handsome, good image;

? Lively and cheerful, proactive work, careful responsible;

? Love the Administrative Services Division and are willing to strive and struggle

? Good in English and MS office.
