Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To perform general clerical duties, including data checking, data processing, record maintenance and undertaking any other miscellaneous duties as may be required
  • Report generation, filing and provide clerical support to the department
  • Assist in ad hoc tasks as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or Degree Holder in Accounting major/ business related disciplines
  • Minimum 1-2 years relevant working experience, preferably in Accounting field
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • Proficiency in MS office, Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Presentable, with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently, detail-minded, conscientious, well-organized and flexible
  • 5 days a week (half day)
