Job Description

The incumbent is mainly responsible for providing some general administrative services for the company in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Responsible for various general office administrative duties which include handling phone calls, greeting guests at the reception, typing, filing, photocopying, scanning and data entry if required; and
  • Outdoor works if required, eg. bank payment, mail pick up and delivery; and
  • Other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
  • Immediate available is highly preferred

Remuneration

We offer attractive remuneration (13 months guarantee) and fringe benefits including 5 days work, 10 days annual leave and incentive bonus to the right candidates.
