Job Description

 Job Responsibilities

- Provide general administrative services to the office, including answering phone calls, managing mails and couriers, ordering stationary and expenses claims, maintaining the records for employee holiday requests and conference room booking etc.

- Photocopies and files appropriate documents as needed

- Perform other ad-hoc work requested by the manager and director

Job Requirements

- Diploma or above

- Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Other Office Software

- Good interpersonal and communication skills

- Detail-minded, responsible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure; and

- Fresh graduates are welcomed
