Job Description
Our Client, an sizable company is looking for a high calibre candidate to fill up their captioned position.
Responsibilities:
- Manage large-scale renovation projects and coordinate with vendors for on-time and efficient project completion
- Provide full spectrum of office administrative functions including but not limited to office supplies, repair and maintenance, procurement and office renovation etc.
- Hands on experience in providing day-to-day all rounded office administration
- Handle ad hoc projects as required;
Requirement:
- Degree holder with minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in administration;
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Proficiency in MS office & Chinese word processing;
- Good communication skills, high sense of responsibility & hard working.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Administration Manager / Senior Administration Officer
- Immediate available or short notice
