Job Description
Our client, a well-established retailer, is currently search for high caliber professional to join them.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and secretarial support, such as writing minutes, letters and reports for Department
- Responsible for documentation handling, including data entry, scanning & etc
- Handle staff leave and attendance records
- Prepare monthly/weekly reports for management review
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 1 years' relevant HR & Admin working experience
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Immediately available / short notice period is highly preferred
