Job Description

Our client, a well-established retailer, is currently search for high caliber professional to join them.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support, such as writing minutes, letters and reports for Department
  • Responsible for documentation handling, including data entry, scanning & etc
  • Handle staff leave and attendance records
  • Prepare monthly/weekly reports for management review 
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 years' relevant HR & Admin working experience
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Immediately available / short notice period is highly preferred
