Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide full spectrum of administration duties including but not limited to facility and repair management, car license renewal, equipment maintenance, cleaning and pest control and office renovation
  • Draft business documents such as notices, report and other correspondence
  • Assist in organizing company events (e.g. Annual Dinner, Birthday Party, Mid-Autumn Festival Lunch and Christmas Party)
  • Assist in formulating and implementing HR & admin policies and procedures to meet business needs
  • Handle ad hoc projects.

 Requirements

  • Diploma or above in relevant discipline
  • 1-2 years working experience in general office administration
  • Proficient in MS office applications (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Chinese Word Processing
  • Proactive team player and problem solver with good communication skills.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
